The Harvard Gene Therapy Initiative DNA Construction Service

We are currently limiting our DNA construction service to the moving of new coding sequences into a specific set of our vectors. The list of vectors that we will use in construction is listed here.

We use restriction enzyme linkering to move your gene fragments into our vectors. For this reason, we will have specific requirements for the information that you provide us for each gene, shown here.

If you would like to have us make a new virus for you, including the construction of plasmid DNAs coding for that virus, then you need to initiate a vector request. First review the process, and then proceed to our online request form.
